# Aktifkan CODK & Penalti

Untuk membolehkan tempahan secara COD-K dan memberikan komisen harga agen, anda perlu mengaktifkan fungsi ini terlebih dahulu. Untuk mengaktifkan CODK dan menetapkan penalti bagi penghantaran yang gagal, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:

1. Tekan butang Menu
2. Tekan Menu Komisen COD-K
3. Tekan Menu Konfigurasi

4. Tekan bahagian status
5. Pilih status Aktif

6. Pilih tarikh status ini efektif
7. Tandakan untuk mengenakan panelti bagi tempahan jenis CODK yang dipulangkan (Return to Sender)\
   A - panelti untuk zon Semenanjung\
   B - panelti untuk zon Sabah/Sarawak
