SMS Kurier adalah khidmat SMS dari nombor kurier seperti 33355 atau 56665 yang telah disediakan didalam sistem BIZAPP. Untuk menggunakan fungsi SMS ini, anda perlu memiliki kredit SMS yang mencukupi. Bilangan aksara huruf, nombor dan simbol adalah terhad kepada 140 aksara untuk satu SMS. Penghantaran 1 SMS menggunakan 1 kredit SMS. 1 Kredit bernilai 14 sen.

Anda boleh menggunakan SMS untuk:

* Menghantar SMS notifikasi no. tracking kepada pelanggan sekiranya anda memilih fungsi ini sebaik anda Push Order kepada kurier (lihat [sini](/tutorial/selamat-datang-hq-founder/modul-kurier/push-order-ke-kurier.md)) atau setelah selesai melalui menu di Rekod Tempahan (lihat [sini](/tutorial/selamat-datang-hq-founder/modul-kurier/notifikasi-no.-tracking/hantar-notifikasi-no.-tracking/hantar-sms-no.-tracking.md)). Template SMS tersedia untuk menjaga had aksara
* Menghantar SMS yang telah anda sediakan dalam fungsi Auto-Follow Up kepada pelanggan secara automatik mengikut tetapan (lihat [sini](/tutorial/selamat-datang-hq-founder/modul-asas-crm/auto-follow-up.md))
